About

Research | Training | Consultancy

We are onEvidence; a consulting agency offering independent social research and programme evaluation services, training and consultancy. We work with our extended family of researchers, practitioners and experts-by-experience to design and deliver qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research, evidence-based training and learning solutions, and consultancy portfolio that we are proud of.

Our agency was established in response to a pressing need for accessible independent research, evidence-based training solutions, and expert psychological services.

“We’ve worked with onEvidence for 3 years on multiple diversity and inclusion projects, including research, evaluations and training. They always deliver beyond expectation and we’re proud to be their partners.”

~ Dr J. Wainwright, Global Race Centre for Equality, University of Central Lancashire

onEvidence work in partnership with clients in public, private and voluntary sector organisations and institutions, including local authorities, the legal professions, universities and schools, academics, education professionals and trainers, social services, emergency services, charities, and policymakers.

Our founder, Dr. Roxanne Khan, is a prolific researcher and educator with over 20 years’ experience in psychological research, policy and practice. She established onEvidence after discussions with local government, the police, social workers, solicitors, charities and other front-line practitioners, who told her that they needed high-quality affordable research services and evidence-based professional training.

Responding to this need, Dr. Khan convened a network of practitioners, experts-by-experience, and academic researchers, to create a new space and innovative way of providing research, professional training services and consultancy.
