Who we are

We are onEvidence; an independent psychological and social research, training and consulting agency. We work with our extended family of researchers, practitioners and experts-by-experience to design and deliver qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research, and training and learning solutions that we are proud of.

Our agency was established in response to a pressing need for research-based policy innovation and sustainable education, training and continuing professional development (CPD).

onEvidence clients are public, private and voluntary sector organisations and institutions, including local authorities, the legal professions, universities and schools, academics, education professionals and trainers, social services, emergency services, charities, and policymakers.

Our founder, Dr. Roxanne Khan, is a prolific researcher and educator with over 20 years’ experience in psychological research, policy and practice. She established onEvidence after discussions with local government, the police, social workers, solicitors, charities and other front-line practitioners, who told her that they needed high-quality affordable research services, psychology consulting and evidence-based professional training.

So, Dr. Khan convened a network of practitioners, experts-by-experience and academic researchers, to create a new space and innovative way of providing research, psychological and professional training services. onEvidence was born.
